Set and resistance information

The current selector labels Set A as 200 lb / 11 pieces, Set B as 200 lb / 12 pieces and Set C as 200 lb / 17 pieces. These differ from the older supplied text, which lists 100 lb or 150 lb combinations and 6-, 11- or 16-piece packages.

The older color guide lists yellow 10 lb, red 20 lb, blue 25 or 30 lb, green 20 or 40 lb, and black 30 or 50 lb. The figures do not resolve the current 200 lb option labels. Check the selected set's contents and resistance before purchase; no combined resistance is independently verified.
