Order cancellation

  • All orders can be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once the packaging and shipping process has begun, orders cannot be canceled.

Restocking Fee

  • All returns or goods ordered in error by the customer are subject to a 25% restocking fee, based on the original invoice value of the items.
  • The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item, contact our support team and follow the return process.

Eligible Refunds:

  • Your order does not arrive due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Delays or non-delivery due to exceptional circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters).

Reporting Issues

  • Damaged or incorrect product: You must submit photo evidence within 14 days of receiving the item for a refund.
  • Damaged packaging but intact product: You must file a claim with the shipping carrier.
  • Missing order: If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, you must submit a claim with the shipping carrier.

All issues must be reported within 14 days of receipt. After this period, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.

How to Request a Refund, Return, or Exchange

To initiate a refund, return, or exchange:

  3. Provide a tracking number for the returned item.
  4. Upon receiving the returned product, we will process a refund or send a replacement.
  5. Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
