Try a controlled sliding squat

With the sliders beneath your feet, slide your feet apart as you lower into a squat, then draw them back together as you stand. Use a comfortable range of motion and begin slowly so you can control each movement.

Test the sliders on a small area first and keep the floor clear. Choose exercises appropriate to your ability and the available space.
