Boxing Ball Reaction Target Spinning Vertical Trainer

This freestanding boxing reflex trainer combines a spring-mounted target ball with a rotating horizontal bar. The height-adjustable design is intended for controlled timing and coordination practice.

Construction and size

• Target: hand-sewn artificial leather with a PU-described shell.
• Vertical stand with a 360-degree rotating reflex bar.
• Small plastic base with eight suction cups.
• Base can be filled with water or sand according to the instructions.
• Image guide shows a 60 cm bar, 30 cm target section, 135–155 cm marked adjustment range and 185 cm overall reference height; confirm the assembled configuration.
• Current option: black, small base.
• Package lists one boxing-ball trainer.

Use suitable gloves and leave clearance for the moving bar. Suction performance depends on a clean, smooth surface; textured floors may not hold the base reliably. Fill and secure the base as directed and check stability before supervised training.
